If providing your own hair, please communicate that in advance!
Payment options include: paying via SquareSpace upon booking OR Cash App/Venmo at appointment.
ARRIVING AT APPOINTMENT
Please come hair CLEANED and ready to go!
-You may apply a light leave-in or cream or oil that you prefer.
-Detangling and blow drying is encouraged!
Snacks are encouraged for longer hairstyles (especially for children).
If a child is a client, child may be dropped off at parents discretion!

LATE / CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients must cancel within 24 hours of their appointment in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
The client will be charged 25% of their service cost for cancelling less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment and will not be able to reschedule until their balance is paid.
On the date of appointment, if the client is 30 minutes late, the client will be considered a NO SHOW, will be charged 50% of their service cost and will not be able to reschedule until the balance is paid.
